I ship to Canada, the US, Europe, and a number of other countries. If your country isn't listed, please let me know.
We try our best to ship out within 48 hours of receiving the order. Sometimes we need to reprint books, but we will notify you if there's a delay with shipping. We can not be held accountable for delays at Customs.
We use Canada Post for our shipments. Tracking numbers are not available for shipping to the US - unless you wish to pay extra. Please contact us for a quote.
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If your items get lost in the post, we will replace them. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything possible to ensure that you are ultimately satisfied. We will also refund your money if all else fails. That said, we do not accept unauthorized returns - just drop us a line first.
